To me, Big Vito is what all Wrestlers should model themselves after. I have sold to much of the WWE and TNA roster and have been in public with them on many occasions. Vito ALWAYS accommodated fans, he always thanked them for watching the show and no matter how bad the timing, he was always polite and respectful to them. Let me just say that some of the top tier stars of the WWE have a tendency to be rather "harsh" on fans at times. Vito is the model of how they should all react to fans.
Vito was active in the WCW and the WWE. He had a character of a mafia type guy that was perfect for him. Later, he wrestled in a dress (not a misprint) and posed in Playgirl Magazine. He tried to play it up like that was how he was in real life (he was always working his character) and wore the dress in public.
The REAL Vito is really a nice guy. He does not wear dresses in real life. I would not be surprised to see him back in the ring someday as he keeps himself in tremendous shape. I believe he is currently retired, but still living in Tampa Bay.
